Proprietary investment activity focuses on undervalued assets/companies which require restructuring, and has traditionally involved the purchase of receivables. Investment targets are sourced via an analysis of financially distressed businesses.
Financial advisory services, which may be divided into two categories:
- financial and M&A advisory
- corporate restructuring advisory services
